We now live in the midst of the dash and throwing of Fatwas as a result of this tremendous development in the field of media technologies in the various means of communication that removed the borders in front of Fatwa and speed the spread of it with complicated atmosphere of globalization. All that and the others, led to the loss of prestige of the Fatwa and the opinions of scholars that used to have significant impact in the hearts of people. This issue is particularly important at this time where the multiple sources of Fatwa and means to spread resulted in a lot of differences and contradictions that give rise to confusion and a lack of agreement. This study, which calls for the analysis of the facts with legitimacy that can only be done through the reform of religious discourse and the reality of the Fatwa by institutional teamwork, and from this point of view, scholars need to work together. This will recover confidence in the scholars of the nation, especially in these critical times where our Islam is tested in its financial and economic aspects after the failure of the western financial system and its inability to address the recurring crises.
