Its presence in the gel buffer also made it easier to soak the gel strips without any entrapment of air bubles. Malic enzyme (ME),malate dehydrogenase (MDH). 6-Phosphoglucose dehydrogenase(6pgdh). Glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI).
