Summary:The main purpose of this study is to determine the the factors affecting transfer of training in health care industry. The components of transfer of training that examined in this study included trainee's characteristics, work environment, employee's accountability and training design. A total number of 40 respondents and 2 informants was involved in this particular study. The method used is quantitative which involved questionnaire and open-ended question. Descriptive statistic was used to describe the demographic background of this study while inferential statistic was used to describe on the relationship and the dominant factors that affect the transfer of training. The test that have been used in this research was Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. The result have shown that there is significant relationship between all the variable and transfer of training. The final chapter consist of the summary of the study, recommendation to the organization, human resource practitioner and future researcher.
