This paper presents the magnetic force simulations and analysis for conceptual absorber system. The conceptual magnetic absorber system has been proposed as a new concept for vibration energy dissipation method by using magnetic force. The potential magnetic force which is non-contact method and frictionless is used instead of using conventional contact force whereas have their own limitation. Moreover, the reliability and maintenance are main constraint for existing passive conventional absorbers. The magnetic absorber modeling is focusing on opposite polarity repelling force of NdFeB35 permanent magnet. Simple conceptual model has been developed to illustrate the magnetic flux, B, pattern and force, F, calculation that exist in the system. The non-contact repelling force generate when the magnetic field from same polarity place on oppositely thus repel each other. Simulation result shows that magnetic force increased proportionally along with increasing of air gap. This paper also compared the result with previous proposed model concept.
