Geological research include lithology, geological structure, u,eomorphology, strangraphy and petrography in kampung Alor Pasir at Tanah Merah Kelantan , located at coordinate E 1_02° 05' 6 Si' to E 102' T 51.2' arid N 05' 52' 154' to N 05' 54' 4g 59' The objectives of this research are to produce update geological map of study .i.rea_ determination of heavy metal, determination of cation exchange capacity and determination of rare earth element This researched also focused in specification of g,eachemistry of soil in study area the main rock which had been founded is pyroclastic rock from the volcanic This researched had been done by field study and laboratory arta} VS1S Method in field that had been done was observed the lithology, geomorphoioey and geoloizv structure Meanwhile, the work in the laboratory analysis that had been done were soil and rock sample analysis, thin section, microscope alaysis, pH, moisture content. total organic content, n,..pes of heavy metal elements and cation exchange capacity From the resulted of researched, all the objectives had been achieved.
