Despite the development of E-health applications in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), little is known about factors that influence E-Health applications from patients' perspective in KSA. This study aims to investigate factors that influence E-Health applications from patients' perspective in KSA. In this research, six hypotheses were formulated, and a novel E-Health model was demonstrated to explore existing factors that influence E-Health applications from patients' perspective in KSA. As well, a survey was conducted, where 394 responses were received. Results of path coefficient in this research showing that the outcome is not supported that socio-demographic, attitude, and behavioural intention to use are positively influences (p = 0.122) cues to action (CTA) of engagement in E-Health applications from the patients' perspective in KSA, and perceived barriers are negatively influencing towards CTA (p = 0.383). In contrast, the result of the path coefficient is showing that the outcome is highly supports that perceived benefits is positively influences CTA (p = 0.000), perceived behavioural control is positively influences CTA (p = 0.000), the perceived ease of use is positively influences CTA (p = 0.000), and the perceived threat is negatively influences CTA (p = 003). Overall, researchers and practitioners can use the results of this research to determine factors that influence E-Health applications from patients' perspective in KSA.
