It is aphase of accessing whether the organisation achieve their goals as determined in the strategic plan. Less attention on evaluation of SISP may contribute to IT/IS failure. Therefore MOH is suggested to evaluate SISP to know their status. Based on previous research, there is no standard SISP measurement approach. Many of previous researchers explore SISP effectiveness as their evaluation element to measure SISP success Therefore, this research focuses on assessing SISP effectiveness based on four attributes which are stakeholders, technology, alignment and resources. The study found out that SISP implementation in MOH is successful. This study is significant to MOH and also beneficial for IT communities as a whole. Further study by exploring other element and attribute of measurement approach maybe considered. It is suggested to collect more samples for more accurate result. In addition it would be interesting to study about SISP maturity level at MOH. 2014 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text en https://ir.uitm.edu.my/id/eprint/63308/1/63308.PDF Strategic information system planning (SISP) success at Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia / Nor Azura Ab Rahman.
