For the purpose of this study, from one of the palm oil plantation at an interior area, 50 employees were selected through random sampling technique. To achieve the objectives, data were collected through a questionnaire probing various aspects of job performance. The data analysis showed that stress, pay, work environment and workload has significant differences on job performance of the oil palm plantation employees. Overall comparisons reflected that stress and working environment dominant over workload and pay more in job performance among the employees.
